Location was great for me, breakfeast was good and the hotel was very clean.
Room was very small with no proper window and I would not like to stay in that room for a week. I was there on business for two nights and only used the room for sleeping.

During our stay at Maria Luisa By Introvert Hotels, we were impressed with the smooth and efficient check-in process. We were able to avoid reception queues and access our room with a unique entrance code. The hotel's location in the heart of Sofia was ideal, just a short walk from the lively pedestrian area and local restaurants. The recently renovated historical building had a modern and youthful design, and we loved the exceptional guidance fun wall at the entrance. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with great cosmetic amenities in the bathroom. We also appreciated the free coffee, tea, and cold drinks available. The name "INTROVERT" perfectly matched the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

The really good thing about this hotel is its location! Step outside and your in the middle of all the streets for shopping etc!
there was no window in our room and thats ok if air conditioning is working properly. Also the fact that tea and coffee were not complimentary in your room, but had to be paid for

The hotel's location was superb with nearby metro stations and within walking distance of Sofia's amazing attractions, including the historical mosque. the rooms were comfortable and cozy, with lovely decor and large, luxurious bathrooms. the service was exceptional, with very helpful and polite staff always willing to go the extra mile. the breakfast was delicious, with an appetizing buffet offering. the bar on the second floor had a lively atmosphere and a great selection of drinks.
The size of the elevator was a bit small, requiring a bit of a squeeze with larger groups or bigger luggage.

Staff very welcoming and polite and they spoke excellent english. Very helpful on arrival and on helping us with luggage etc. Very helpful in booking taxis to airport, althougfh unfortunately they did not turn up the next day! It was fine, there were cabs on the street they hailed for us instead.
No transparent windows in bedroom, probably related to air conditioning efficiency, but we could not tell what the weather or the view was like! The ordered taxis did not arrive, but they hailed us two cabs. Unfortunately one of them overcharged us for the trip to the airport (20 lev vs the 13 lev it should have been) which was disappointing. Cab no. 91119 just in case!

The breakfast was good. We also had dinner there which was good and reasonably priced. Location was convenient for both railway station and sights and the hotel looked after our cases after we had checked out until our train left in the evening. If possible do the free 2 hour walking tour (leaflets in reception). The guide was excellent - there was not time to go into the buildings but he gave enough interesting info for us to decide which to return to later.
